Leadership skills for managers can be a very important, yet often overlooked subject. In this video I discuss one specific scenario, in which an employee slightly crosses a boundary. I also discuss the consequences of remaining silent as a leader, and also the result of acting early, to diffuse these types of situations. Often times a persons behavior needs to be re-calibrated in order to maintain a healthy and respectful work environment. Early recognition of infractions upon these set boundaries, in my opinion, separate Good Leaders from Great Leaders.
